To receive a valuation of your book you must first find the EAN number or alternatively the ISBN number into the search function and click the ‘Get Value’ button. The barcode number will normally be located on the rear side of your book..
Sometimes we may already have your book available in stock and so cannot accept any more copies in which case your book will not be accepted. However this is subject to change so you can check again at a later time.
Please see our conditions guidelines page for more information. We will accept books in new or used conditions as long as the general condition of the book is in readable and good condition ie no tears/damage to the pages or spine.
If we receive a parcel from you and find any book not meeting the condition requirements you will be notified via your registered email address and will most likely not be paid for the book in question. We are very careful not to just reject books or use excuses to not pay you. In a situation like this we could return the book back to you and deduct the amount from your final payment to cover the posting out charge (we will always try to reduce this cost as much as possible) or alternatively you can choose for us to recycle the book on your behalf for free.
The best thing to do would be to contact us and fill out the form. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
You will be sent a pdf file containing the postage label to your registered email address shortly after you complete your sale. You will have to print out this label and attach it to your parcel. You will also be given details of your local drop off point to drop off your parcel.
We can pay by bank transfer very fast after receiving and processing your sale or post a cheque to you. You will have the option for either one before you complete your sale.
You sure can. You can complete another sale and at the same time pack all the books in one single package.
Sorry to hear that. If you do experience this problem please contact us and we'll look into it.
